The Hamilton Development Corporation (the "HDC") seeks proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of the parcel of land located at 59 and 63 Willow Street as a mixed used development containing commercial and residential uses.
The HDC will select a qualified respondent that offers the HDC and the Town of Hamilton the best combination of development quality, proposed uses, and purchase price. The property totals approximately 1 acre in area. It is 500 feet from the Hamilton/Wenham Commuter Rail station as well as all of the shops and restaurants in the downtown area.

A pre-bid conference will be held at Hamilton Town Hall at 10:00 a.m. on April 6, 2016.
Proposals are due at 10:00 a.m. on May 9, 2016.
